Please read over the following terms of agreement. If you agree, please fill out the application below. NOTE: The adoption process can take up to 14 business days to complete. If you have failed to fill out ALL area's of the application, including birthdate, mailing address and a telephone number.. or If we are unable to reach you for a telephone interview in a timely manner, we will deny your application. * We reserve the right to deny an application at any time for any reason * NOTE: Please only check to adopt a Veteran or a Deployed, but not both. No application will be considered if the "I have read the TOA and Agree" at the bottom of the application has not been checked off that you have read and do agree to our TOA
TERMS OF AGREEMENT (TOA):
- Adopters are asked to send bi-weekly mail call (letters / cards) - that's only twice a month.
- It is up to the discretion of the adopter if they choose to send a monthly care package. We do ask that if at all possible to send a package during a holiday or veterans birthday. If you are unable to send care packages, please check mark this section in the application.
- Adopters are asked to keep the Organization updated at least bi-weekly on their adoptions at our private forum. Failure to do so could result in the termination of the adoption, removal of forum and the Veteran / Soldier re-adopted because we have to assume that you've went awol.
- Adopters are not to represent Angels 'n Camouflage without prior approval from the Director.
- Adopters are not to share their adoptee's information with anyone. This also includes giving their adoptee's information to third party companies for the purpose of direct shipping items from the company to the adoptee.
- Adopters are asked to keep Angels 'n Camouflage updated of changes in addresses, e-mail, and mailing addresses while they are a volunteer non-paying of membership fee's member of said Organization.
- Adopters agree that if for any reason they are no longer able to participate in their adoption, they will notify Angels 'n Camouflage so that the adoptee can then be readopted.
- 'Adopters' do not pay membership fee's to participate at AnC as an adopter or to visit the forum. Adopter's are solely volunteers and can leave the program or be let go at anytime.
- AnC reserves the right to remove anyone from our forum at anytime. Reasons for removal will be at the discretion of our volunteer staff members.
- AnC reserves the right to abort any adoption and readopt the veteran/deployed at any time.
- Adopters understand that should their adoptee choose to share their email addresses with their adopters, email communication in no way replaces your responsiblility to send snail mail.
